🎓 The Well
As well as being a Fertility Awareness Educator (FAE) and Reproductive Health Coach with The Well, I also have a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. Soon after beginning my clinical practice in nutrition, I became aware that a major factor behind many women’s health problems was their use of pharmaceutical birth control.
I was thrilled when I discovered the fertility awareness method of contraception. It has changed the lives of many of my clients. In my practice I teach natural contraception, optimising conception and pregnancy outcomes as well as support with natural hormone balance and the transition off synthetic birth control
I am extremely passionate and live for my work. My goal is to empower women to be body literate and not need to rely on external structures for managing their fertile health. My vision is to safeguard future generations from the impact of synthetic hormones and other endocrine disrupting processes (nutrient depletion, microbiome imbalance etc) which is why a lot of my focus is on couples that are trying to conceive.
My hope is that my clients feel as if their fertility is something to celebrate, not suppress. I hope that they will understand that their body is working for them, not against them.
Whether you are charting to avoid pregnancy, achieve pregnancy or to monitor your health, I will work alongside you to optimize your fertility indicators through nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
