I'm a FEMM certified fertility awareness instructor who is passionate about teaching folks how to chart their cycles as a hormone free method of contraception, as well as to use their charting data to monitor their health. I believe in meeting people where they're at, so another goal as part of my practice is to provide unbiased information about the modes of action, benefits and side effects of all the available methods of birth control. When I'm not talking about/teaching fertility awareness, I enjoy playing the piano, spending time outside, and collecting house plants. I'm also the primary caregiver for my two young children. My core values mesh with both my teaching and parenting styles -- honesty, connection, ongoing support, and continued learning. I will always be working to better myself as a teacher to give my best to my students.
