I work as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Fertility Awareness Educator because it's my greatest passion to bring body literacy and informed choices to people. I'm running my own fertility awareness channel in Swedish, share lots of great information on hormonal health and fertility on FB and Instagram, and feature on the Women Cycles International platform with my online courses to learn more about how you can optimise fertility and hormonal health through diet, lifestyle and herbal medicine. I run my FA courses teaching mainly the Justisse method but will also teach Sensiplan to groups and couples. Teaching cycles in circles makes sense to me and I enjoy the depth it creates and the vulnerability it brings to meet and share in the circle. I love dancing, hiking, skiing, spending time with my family and friends, and baking!
