I am a fertility awareness educator, cycle charting coach and reproductive justice advocate based in London. I'm also trained in contemporary dance and massage therapy.
I am a passionate advocate for body literacy and cyclical living as an urgent alternative to capitalism, and as a way of restoring balance and fertility to our bodies, our relationships, and the earth.
I teach fertility awareness both as a natural birth control method, and as a lifelong tool for communicating with your body and connecting to your fertile creative power. I believe that your fertility is important regardless of if you want to have children.
In other moments you may find me dancing wildly, planting seeds, watching folk-horror films, and cooking up herbal remedies in my kitchen.
