Hi, Iβm Sara! I guide clients to learn menstrual cycle charting according to the Justisse Method, which promotes reproductive health management thatβs natural, effective, and integrated.
My 1:1 sessions are individually tailored, but everyone can expect to master the method and improve their body literacy. I respectfully engage in discussing strategies and providing resources that support folks across the reproductive lifespan, throughout their evolution of self and charting-related needs.
I initially learned to use fertility awareness based methods for birth control after a dramatic time spent trying the pill and a copper IUD. I was delighted that charting also taught me a lot about my overall health. After years of cycle monitoring and lifestyle adjustments, I was able to switch up my charting goal and conceive with ease. I look forward to developing my ability to support postpartum charters in the very near future, after the birth of my baby in December 2021.
In addition to developing my postpartum client care, I aim to support movement enthusiasts to consider their cycle when planning exercise and recovery routines, to build upon my understanding of cycle-wise nutrition, and to continually evolve my practice to be more inclusive.
Iβm located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have a B.S. in graphic communications and believe in the power of design to "connect the dots." I find that this skillset enhances my ability to share information with clients in memorable, meaningful, and implementable ways.
It would be my honor to work with you!
