I am a passionate advocate for women and for reproductive health and wellness for all.
The decisions you make about your reproductive and sexual health are among the most important you’ll ever make. It can be an awesome and daunting undertaking. My goal is to help you understand your choices, clarify your feelings and priorities, and make decisions that you feel good about.
I am a certified Fertility Awareness and Reproductive Health Educator and an active member of the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals (AFAP). I am also a DONA-trained doula, studied herbs for women’s health with Jon Carlson, and completed the All-Options pregnancy counseling workshop.
Before my three (now grown!) sons were born, I had a long career in educational publishing, presenting complex information in accessible and interesting ways. Now, I’m happily applying that experience to my career as a health educator.
Everyone has a right to the basic knowledge of how our reproductive systems work, but key facts and information are often missing from standard health classes and doctor’s office conversations. My mission is to empower people with the information and body awareness so often ignored or obscured in our fast-paced, high-tech culture.
Whatever your goals, whatever your age, I am here to help you make informed decisions and choices. I’m excited to meet you!
