I'm a small town girl who grew up secretly fascinated with periods and pregnancy! I became a fertility awareness educator after my own charting practice helped me recognize a thyroid disorder that had been ignored by doctors for years.
My experience showed me some massive gaps in women's reproductive health and fertility care that I wanted to do something about. Now I help women and menstruators conceive naturally using fertility awareness based methods. I teach them how to identify ovulation, time sex correctly and recognize irregularities that need to be evaluated by a healthcare provider. I'm a soon-to-be FEMM Certified Instructor, so I refer my clients to restorative reproductive healthcare providers when needed to get to the root cause of infertility. I utilize my background in public health to help my clients navigate their healthcare options and advocate confidently for their needs.
I get really nerdy when I talk about cervical fluid! And nothing makes me happier than receiving a picture of a positive pregnancy test from one of my clients! I love supporting women and menstruators on their fertility journey.
In my free time, you'll find me reading personal development books, trying out a new recipe or snuggled up with my husband and dog!
